Registration

Is B-maxx platform open for all?

B-maxx is an on-invite platform. Once a company is on-boarded on this program, its employees get access to this platform.

How can I get access to this platform?

You can B-maxx customer service to check if your company is part of this program. If your company is already part of this program then our team will guide you on how to register and get access. However if your company is currently not a part of this program the our team will guide you on how you can get your company on-boarded in this program.

What is required from a Company?

To provide access to employees of a company, we have very minimal requirement from the company as below:

  • Send an introductory email to all employees about this program
  • Space for kiosk to showcase type of items (Only for first Sales Cycle)
  • Space for kiosk to deliver sold items post every sales

Does the employee need to register using company email id?

Not necessarily. Employees can register using their personal email id along with company code that will be provided by B-maxx.

General

How is B-maxx different from normal B2C retailers?

Unlike normal B2C retailers, B-maxx is an “on invitation” portal where time bound sales are run to offer attractively priced excess or minor box damage inventory from retailers and brands. Once the sale is over, the inventory bought by you is delivered to your office location except for Large Appliances that are delivered to your home location.

What all product categories will be sold on platform?

We sell products across multiple categories like electronics, fashion, Kitchen etc. However no all product categories could be present across different sales cycles.

Where do we get inventory from?

We work with multiple retailers and brands that have excess/offseason/minor cosmetic defect inventories. These inventories are certified by Blubirch and then published for sales on B-maxx.

Do we get to see the physical product?

When we on-board a company's employees on this program, we put a manned kiosk with sample products for couple of days at the company. This allows employees the opportunity to see the type of inventory that will be available on our platform. Moreover, you can visit our B-maxx store at Banshankari (Bengaluru) to better understand quality of products. To reach B-maxx store, just type Blubirch in Google maps.

How often are these sales run?

Currently we run these sales 1-2 times a month. However this could change in the future. You will be informed of upcoming sales on your registered email/phone.

Do you do this sale for employees across all locations?

To ensure we keep the cost low and pass the benefits of low price to buyers, we limit every sale to a city based on published inventory location. So not all employees will have access to every sales cycle but only to the sales cycle that is assigned for their respective city.

Product Condition

What product conditions does B-maxx offer?

B-maxx offers products with clearly defined conditions. Please read below for full explanations of the different product conditions we offer. Brand New: A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Packaging might have minor scratches or damages. Very Good: The product is unused and is fully functional but may have minor scratches or dents. The original packaging might have been replaced to protect the item. B-maxx team inspects and grade the item.

Buying on B-maxx

Is their any limit on how much I can buy during a sale?

Usually there is no limit on how much you can buy during a sale. However in some cases participating brands may put some limits to avoid hording. In such cases, we will inform you prior to the sales event.

What will be the payment methods?

Buyers will have to pay using payment gateway to conclude an order on B-maxx.

Do you offer COD?

No, we don’t offer COD.

Return Policy

Can we cancel the order or return the products post purchase?

You can cancel the order before it gets shipped out. Also, you can return the item at the time of delivery if it is different from what was mentioned on the site. However, we don’t allow change of mind returns.

What if I want to return the product?

You can return the product during product delivery and we will take back the units. However, once the units are accepted, no return request will be entertained.

Warranty

Will there be warranty on all items?

All electronic items will be covered under either Brand or Blubirch warranty.

Will there be brand warranty on the products?

Not all items may have brand warranty. We clearly specify against each item where brand warranty is applicable. For all other items we provide Blubirch Warranty.

How can we claim Blubirch warranty?

To avail Blubirch warranty you need to contact warranty claim team on 9513844699/9513070275 or bmaxx@blubirch.com and provide required details like invoice copy, serial number and defect details. Shipping Information

What will be the lead-time for delivery?

Delivery will happen within 7 days from end of sales event.

Can products be delivered at home address?

If a product is in heavy and bulky category (TV, refrigerators, Coolers and washing machine) then it will be delivered to your home with-in the eligible pin code area in the applicable city (eligible pin codes can be checked during purchase). Rest all type of purchased items will be delivered at respective office address.

How will you deliver the items at office location?

Except for heavy and bulky category units, a delivery notification will be sent 2 days in advance for delivery date. Employee needs to show B-maxx order confirmation email and collect their package from distribution kiosk at office premises.

Can I choose time of delivery?

No, you will be informed your delivery slot one day in advance. If you are not present at office on that day/time, then you can request your colleague to collect your order on your behalf.

What does my colleague need to collect my order?

Your colleague will need to present your B-maxx order confirmation email to us to collect your order.
