I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions while engaging on sale for DTICI refurbished asset:
- The Employee agrees and acknowledges that the DTICI has engaged Bluebirch as a facilitator platform for selling of the DTICI refurbished asset. Bluebirch takes complete responsibility of the platform where the sale is listed.
- By participating, employees, consent to the collection and sharing of personal data with the Bluebirch to process the transaction.
- The refurbished asset on sale shall be sold on "as-is" basis with no implied warranty for performance or cosmetic imperfections including but not limited to scratches, no OS and are not returnable.
- The Employee agree to indemnify, defend DTICI and its Management for any issue related to the refurbished asset. The Company and Bluebirch expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Sale is exclusively for DTICI payroll employees, orders placed by non payroll employees of DTICI will be cancelled. Applicable processing fees will be deducted before any refund is issued. DTICI reserves the right to verify eligibility and take appropriate action in case of misuse or misrepresentation.
